Lion D'Or Building: renovation after building inspection
Lump-sum contract covering crack repair, localised structural repair and painting of facades, garages, ramps and service areas. Concrete copings replaced with granite copings with drip edges, 372.9 m of frames and joints sealed, and roof waterproofed with asphalt membrane. Carried out from January to August 2022.
