Lila Building: pool edge and new timber deck
Removal of the existing deck and edge, repair of the concrete edge with rebar treatment and grout, followed by scratch coat and render. Installation of honed Vermelho Brasília granite coping with PU grout, and varnishing of the existing deck (57.78 m²). Under a contract addendum, a new timber deck was built on joists.
