The first contracts, in 2018, were the construction of the Cafeteria e Choperia do Mestre in the arrivals hall of Vitória Airport and works at the Laguna building in Jardim Camburi.

PCR delivers civil engineering solutions built on planning, organisation and technical commitment, with qualified crews and well-defined processes that ensure safety, efficiency and durability on every project.

From 2019 the company took on facade repairs for residential buildings in Vitória and, in 2021, began working for the Kora Saúde hospital group on renovations and extensions, including the steel-frame extension of Hospital São Luiz in Vila Velha.

In 2023 PCR completed its first in-house development, the Luamar condominium: three semi-detached houses in Jacaraípe.
