Laguna Building: membrane flashing and roof repair
Removal of the old membrane and application of 4 mm aluminium-faced asphalt membrane in a 1.00 m strip along the full length of the garage roof. On the main roof, 6 mm corrugated fibre cement sheets and fixing screws replaced, materials and labour by PCR.
