Laguna Building: steel roof, gutter and paving
Cold-formed steel structure (173.22 kg) with 6 mm fibre cement sheets, asphalt membrane waterproofing and concrete bases. Paving in reused Pavi S blocks after turf removal, excavation and kerb demolition, plus a Zincalume sheet gutter with PVC downpipe.
